What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Oh Ms Daily Prompt, here comes uproar to the nice community that has thus far been acquired.

Sit down. Belts and Harnesses on. Phones, glasses and false teeth into a zipped pocket. Because here I come.

So what strategies do I use to maintain my health and wellbeing, this will not work for everyone but for me at this moment in my life it is perfect.

My health and wellbeing has been severely impacted by domestic violence and I am now left with mobility issue’s needing a wheelchair and crutches, battled several bleeds on the brain and well not going to bore the pants off you(typical English saying meaning bore you senseless). Also I have tried ending my life this year so as I said complex issues for which I have a complex plan

The Plan, I eat what I fancy trying to get as many fruits and vegetables in as I can. But not forgetting the cake and chocolate, an essential part of my well-being.

I meditate but no longer do distance running nor power walking , actually I barely walk, but meditation helps with anger and pain , resentment and fear, sarcasm and creates inner peace, also whilst meditating I am not eating cake which I guess is a boost and not to the waistline. Which I hasten to add I lost that many years ago probably between my 5 and 6 child.

I try to walk on the bright side of life but that is difficult as my crutches slip so I now on wheel on sunshine instead .

So because my life is so topsy turvy and definitely not an easy fix. Maintaining my health and wellbeing is difficult but achieved with my own brand of Humour
