You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?
Dear Readers,
This prompt that has landed today is a conundrum indeed. I always had in mind my perfect writing space, it would be like an old fashioned study. Wall to wall books a large desk, leather topped, with a cosy reading chair in the corner by a fire . My desk would overlook the countryside (being brought up on a farm that seemed feasible when my ideas started) or even over a garden.

Time eroded those ideas of perfect. I have my mini library 📚 approx 1500 books and I have my leather topped desk. But what I forgot to add was peace, the kind where your brain is not frazzled, where you can relax and let your mind unfold and your stories flow. What I have learnt is there is no perfect place to be creative with your pen or laptop. Creativity is in your mind and that means in truth a perfect space can be a battered briefcase or a satchel even an over large handbag store your essentials in that and creative brain can and will travel.

I can snuggle in my chair, lie on my bed, go sit by a pool or have a coffee at a cafe all are places I can sit and read.
My dear readers how can you experience perfect when there is a world of chaos to experience, be a part of that world and find a nook or ledge and there you have your canvas start writing
I can guarantee that as soon as you achieve your perfect anything thought or otherwise, human nature is to keep tweaking it, changing because we are never happy . So as I said I no longer look for perfect ideas I take what I see and make it suit me.
Till the next time
